Upcycled Candle Making Workshop
Come get creative and pour your own soy candle into a curated mix of upcycled containers — teacups, jars, and vintage finds.
Choose your favourite vessel, then head to the aromatherapy bar to blend your custom scent. Explore calming, grounding, or bright and uplifting essential-oil combinations, learn how different notes work together, and create a fragrance that feels totally you.
Finish your candle with a simple intention tag for a personal touch.
A relaxed, easy-going workshop designed to help you slow down, enjoy the process, and craft something you’ll actually want to burn at home.

A Little History
This was the first Cup of Intention workshop back in 2017. It started with Ginny using her grandmother’s teacups as a sustainable way to make candles — each paired with a handwritten intention tag. The goal was simple: to pause and take time for yourself.
We’ve continued that tradition — turning candle making into a thoughtful ritual for self-care and connection.
