CANDLE + PRESSED-FLOWER TRAY
Our signature Paint & Pour experience combines two of our most popular activities.
Each participant creates a custom-scented 8 oz soy candle and paints a coordinating stone tray decorated with pressed flowers.

CANDLE MAKING
Participants explore our scent collection and create a custom-scented 8 oz soy candle. Each person also create a wood intention tag to accompany their candle.

AROMATHERAPY BLENDING
Participants are introduced to essential oils and guided through creating personalized aromatherapy products. Each guest creates a selection of products such as essential-oil rollers, body oils or botanical bath blends.

BEAD & BLOOM- SIGNATURE WORKSHOP
Participants design a meaningful gemstone or beaded bracelet and create a painted stone trinket tray decorated with pressed flowers.

BRACELET + NATURAL PERFUME ROLLER
Participants create a personalized bracelet and blend a natural essential-oil perfume roller to take home.

CREATIVE WORKSHOPS

PAINT + PRESSED
Participants paint a stone trinket tray and decorate it with a selection of delicate pressed flowers.

MOSAIC STONE TRAY
Participants design a decorative mosaic stone tray using tiles, colour and pattern. Depending on the event format.
Approximately 75ā90 minutes.
JOURNAL, COLLAGE + VISION BOARD
A relaxed, open-ended creative experience using journals or art boards, patterned paper, affirmations, images, washi tape, stickers and other collage materials.

Signature Workshops: $75 per person
Premium Candle + Tray Workshop: $85 per person
A minimum of 10 participants or an equivalent minimum booking fee applies to off-site workshops.
For groups of 20 or more:

IN-STUDIO GROUPS
Private groups of up to 12 participants can join us at the Cup of Intention studio in Stittsville.
In-studio pricing may differ from mobile workshop pricing. Please contact us for private group availability and pricing.
CUSTOM WORKSHOPS
We can help you select one workshop for the full group or create a customized creative wellness experience based on your goals, group size, available time and budget.
Larger events may also be organized as rotating creative stations.
