Daily movement is one of the most important aspects of our self care routine. Moving our body offers us infinite benefits to balance our minds, emotions and spiritual and physical health. "Working out or exercising" can be challenging to keep up with and sometimes even isolating.
I invite you to partner me on a Movement and Mindset Journey! Let's support and hold each other accountable.
Join me for this 3 week series!
You choose your 3 week movement program! Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Mobility, Strength Training, etc. You decide the 30 min workout that is best for you!
Week 1 Monday 7pm and Saturday 11am
Week 2 Wednesday 7pm and Saturday 11am
Week 3 Monday 7pm and Saturday 11am
What to Expect:
We will meet via Zoom, and stream BODI videos as a group.
Workout will be 30 mins or less. We will meet for at least 20 mins for sharing and connection. Dates and times will be determined as a group after registration.
Please note: BODI membership is required to accompany this offering. ($250 for the year!). Contact me directly with questions.
